SHIPPING POLICY

I ship all across India, and internationally!

All orders are shipped within 2-5 days.

To qualify for free domestic shipping, a minimum order value of Rs.2200 is required.
For orders below Rs.2400, a flat shipping charge of Rs 100 will be added.

International orders are shipped at a flat shipping charge of Rs. 3000. (This amount does not include any customs charges which may be levied once the product reaches the destination country, since these charges vary based on the customs policies of your country)
International orders may take between 14-29 days to reach. This does not account for any customs delays which may happen once the product reaches the destination.
PACKAGING
Each creation is packed by hand and with love!
Every order comes with a little gift!
I try my best to use nature-friendly materials for packaging. Re-purposed bubble wrap may be used for delicate pieces.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds will be initiated only under the following cases:

You have received a damaged product

You have received a different product
PLEASE NOTE: Refund must be initiated within 1 week of product delivery and a picture proof must be presented in case of damaged or incorrect product.
There is a strict no-exchange policy since all my products are hand-made, one-of-a-kind and can not be replicated.
